Send the following to the foundation via the Contact page. A moderator checks each report before it is published.
- Species, if you know it — or a photo
- Date and approximate time
- River sector or area (not an exact nest location)
- Number of birds
- Your name, only if you agree to it being published
Records can also be entered in eBird and in Burungnesia, the Indonesian bird-recording app whose data feed the Atlas Burung Indonesia.
